One question that I haven’t heard asked or answered much in Western news media over the past few days: were the violent actions of the rioters in Lhasa justified? One thing that’s become quite clear is that the protests in Lhasa devolved quickly into an all-out riot, complete with lynchings, while in other places monks only peacefully marched.

Two Dimensions on Tibet
I will try to explain things to people who really care about Tibet rather than scream about it. I do want to spread out this message and if you really care about Tibet, please spend some time and get to know more about the history and the situation before making any judgement solely based on what you’ve received via the media.
