I’ve always been one of the (not so) few geeks who run Linux on PowerPC. Sometime ago, Linus himself was one of us, however, it appears that now he uses a different machine. Since Apple dropped PPC, the Linux PPC world is quite in turmoil. The architecture is perceived as almost dead. However, new interest comes from the Linux on PS3 projects.
