Patriarch Alexy II of Moscow (KGB Agent, “Drozdov”) and all Russia and Metropolitan Kirill of Smolensk and Kaliningrad, head of the Moscow Patriarchate Department for External Church Relations, have been included in the list of 40 leading Russian politicians according to the monthly rating made by the Nezavisimaya Gazeta daily, published on Tuesday.
